Week one

Met my team this week and we got the results of the tests we did in the beginning so we know which member of the teams classifies into which category, and it's super cool to see that the more i get to know my team the more i realised the similarities they have to their role.

I was considered 90% thinker but like me we have 2 more classified as such in that same category.

This week we got one step closer to build our prototype, we already had some meeting to brainstorm and get ideas, and today we had a meeting where we categorize a persona which can belong to our costumer segmentation.

It was nice to build her, we named her Sara and we got to reflect our own selves in her and in her problems, building a character that it's relatable, to the problems of the 20s something generation.

We haven't still figured out who is our reflection partner but i think we will do it randomly and every week must change...

I had to think about the future skills i wanted to work on and i chose two, one ambiguity and the other self efficacy, because i do find myself a lot of times procrastinating. I hope that at the end of this ILL i will be better.

Next week we will focus on business model and research about our challenge deeper.
