Review on my ILL experience

It was a rather hard experience, it started off, by having to exchange groups in the middle of the experience, i was already used to the group and we were a great group, we completed each others skills.
And when i changed i was fearful that i wouldn't have the same experience, and i was right.
But that's the beauty of it, is to get out of our comfort zone, i was in my comfort zone and suddenly i had to move out of it. It was hard, but was an experience.
This challenge pulled my academic knowledge to the test, since i am taking a bachelor in environmental technologies, this topic is not new and i could bring some knowledge to it. But i could also learn, specially how waste management is done in Belgium!
I had to improve my communication skill in a way that i felt almost drained, i had to learned how to rest, prepared for not the perfect result and work with what we have.
I would say that my sparkling moment was when i met everyone in the belgium local week!
Hopefully i will take all these learnings, resilience to the future, ir was one of my goals, putting myself outside of my comfort zone and i did it.
As a team we reached more than we though, i didn't know my team in the very beginning, but when i got to meet them, it was an unlikely unorganised group and there was no problem and at that time i left a group with a problem a solution already planed, so it was shocking that i found myself going back to zero, but it's better this way because i could still be part of something from scratch. So yes, we did more that we though we would accomplish.
