Week 4 on the adventure

When i arrived to my team, we barely had a problem, and by this week, we have a clear problem and more than that, we also have a solution. So this week was super important, because we could deliver a proper paperwork on the solution and start thinking about the prototype. We could also receive proper feedback from our stakeholders at this stage because we were able to get all our work together, brainstorm some ideas and generate a proper presentation.

I consider myself as a very organised person and enthusiastic, so i tried my best to motivate and organize the ideas that were on the table already. We assigned tasks, made some reaserched and then we came up with a plan.

This experience made me realised how shy personalities can make me drained, my had to try to be the best version of myself and the best communicater i could be.

Pitching is always a struggle to plan it, we have a short time to present an idea, that at this stage was already complex, what is important to give? how to select information...

I was surprised by the positive feedback, we had a rough sketch and even though we made a very good presentation, for a group who just made the ideation and initial prototyping phase in a week, maybe less, i was not expecting such good feedback, because even though we already had evaluated our own work we had already saw room for improvement.

We all divided the slides on the pitch i got to explain our value proposition, which was challenging to explain it in a simple way.

I will try to motivate my team even more to work and i can't wait for the local week to see them all!
