Sparkling moments of the second week in the ILL-'Sustainable campus'

In this week we divided and made an table at miro with the waste streams at campus, also the people that can make waste at campus and we categorised them into jobs type (staff, teachers, students, administrative...).

After this, we divided task and everyone should interview two members of every category for further on create a persona at miro's board.

Even thought it has been a challenging week due to my lack of time management, i interviewed one person to our assignment, he is the vice president of the IPS, he told me about different future projects that IPS has been developing also their main waste streams.

The work of the lab this week was to build a persona based on the interviews made and the main issues was plastic waste and this is the flow that we are going to focused now on.

This week made me work on different future skills, communication skills because forced to interact with different people, from a different hierarchy status, with made me a bit more nervous however i loved to see the work that already has been done in the campus, the projects that are being made for the future, it made me realised the efforts and that it almost takes a village to create something innovative that actually makes a diference. Also loved the positive mind thinking that the vice president has towards the projects and also how available he is to hear suggestions.

Also, i worked into the competence and ambiguity skills because i had to think in small and direct questions that would explain all the process at IPS, also i learned a lot about the system at IPS campus when it comes to waste management, i also took a time to think about the interview and in some aspects that were mention and in ideas that could help improved the ongoing system.

This week i also started to work on my portfolio and in how will i approach it, this will also improve my systems skill.
